3/20 Schedule and Tie-Breaking Procedure

Asics Midwest Power League, 18s Division

Tie-breaking procedure after round-robin play to seed into brackets is the following:

If 2 teams are tied based on Match Record, thier head to head match result will determine the winner

If 3 or more teams are tied based on Match Record, Set winning % is then used, if any number of teams are still tied at Set winning %, then Point Differential will determine winner of the tied teams.  If Point Differential is tied, then a coin will be flipped.

Teams will be seeded into double-elimination brackets in this manner:

Gold 4-team bracket:  Seeds 1-4

Silver 4-team bracket:  Seeds 5-8

Bronze 4-team bracket:  Seeds 9-12

Copper 4-team bracket:  Seeds 13-16

 

Sunday play will begin at 9:30 am for the 18s division.
